I was asked to lead the design of a business-friendly unified communications tool that leveraged familiar patterns from WhatsApp and other communication tools. We needed to ensure that our designs were informed by the competing needs of potential end users.
I worked with our in-house research team and an external firm to conduct user research. From the results, I broke down the data into three distinct personas. We then used these personas during on-site design workshops in Tel Aviv, Israel to keep our team aligned on our user’s needs as we designed potential solutions for some of our key requirements.
