Our client asked us to perform a massive overhaul of their entire point of care system (used by front office, back office, and health professionals on tablet devices).
Our team worked directly with nurses and other care providers to understand the manual processes that were in place. We designed hundreds of screens based on countless user stories that tied directly back to personas that we developed. We reviewed wireframes with key stakeholders on a regular basis and refined and presented medium-fidelity prototypes outlining the intended functionality of the system.
